Pairing cocoa beens and chili is not new. It can be traced back to the nuns of the Order of Santa Clara in the 17th century Mexico who invented a rich sauce called mole made from chilies, spices and cacao.
This chili bar blends rich Colombian dark chocolate with mild sweet and smoky Ancho chili and a hint of heat from the Trinidad scorpion pepper.
