As a 30 year anniversary special, Zotter is introducing the 2016 Vintage, a superior cuvée made of dry-aged fine flavour cocoa, which we have aged for a year in order to mature its aroma. It is a blend of 5 fine cocoa varieties from 4 different countries, and of course the legendary Criollo is part of the mix. The cocoa is selected by Julia and Josef Zotter and roasted using the innovative SNR method, creating an extraordinary best-of-2016 chocolate with a classic 75% cocoa content. An anniversary wonder - best of organic, best of cocoa, best of Zotter - all that's missing is confetti!
