Shipping
Ma Petite Shoe uses UPS (for orders within the U.S. only) and USPS Priority Mail services for domestic and international delivery. As such, we can ship to virtually any address in the world.

If you prefer to ship another way or would like to use your personal shipping account to pay for shipping, please contact us at info@mapetiteshoe.com and we can process your order in the manner you prefer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you chose. Once we have shipped your order, we will provide you with the delivery confirmation or tracking number via email. 

Regular Priced Items
You may return regularly-priced items purchased on mapetiteshoe.com within 21 days of the shipping date for exchange, store credit or a refund. Please note that we do not refund or give store credit for shipping charges.  In order to complete a return, items must show no signs of wear. When returning any purchases, your order must be accompanied with your receipt and reason for return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
When returning an item we recommend using delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for misdirected merchandise. Once we have received your items, we will notify you via email on the status of your store credit or exchange.

Holiday Web Purchases

For purchases made on mapetiteshoe.com between November 25th, 2016-December 25th, 2016: You may return regularly-priced items by January 15th, 2017 for exchange, store credit or a refund. All other information listed above will remain the same.


Sale Items
You may return sale items within 21 days of the shipping date for exchange or store credit only. Please note that we do not refund or give store credit for shipping charges. In order to complete a return, items must show no signs of wear. When returning any purchases, your order must be accompanied with your receipt and reason for return. In-Store Purchases

For purchases made at our store location at 832 W. 36th Street in Baltimore, Maryland:  You may bring back regularly-priced items purchased for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must show no signs of wear and be accompanied by their original box and receipt. Items may be exchanged for any other item in store. Store credits do not have an expiration.

Holiday In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store between November 25th, 2016-December 25th, 2016:

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items purchased in-store are final sale.
