    Yes! Ma Petite Shoe is looking for highly qualified retail sales associates. Please submit your resume to mapetiteshoe@earthlink.net or stop by the store and fill out an application.

    For help with your sizing feel free to call our Fit Experts at 410.235.3442 or e-mail us at mapetiteshoe@earthlink.net.  We pay special attention to how our shoes fit all kinds of feet.  We will do our best to help you find your size in each brand. 

     

    What is your return/exchange policy?

    Return Policy

    You may return an item for exchange or Ma Petite Shoe store credit within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. All merchandise must show no signs of wear. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return and have delivery confirmation; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. You will be issued a store credit which is good for one year from the date of issue. This credit can be applied in part or in full to any item online or in-store.

    Sale items are final sale.

    How do I use a gift certificate or store credit?
    To order items using a gift certificate or store credit simply e-mail us first at mapetiteshoe@earthlink.net and let us know your order will be accompanied by a gift certificate or credit and the amount. Then order normally. Your charges will be adjusted at the time of shipping.
